The villa will sleep up to 11 people , so perfect if you have a large
family or wish to share it with friends as waiting for a bathroom wont
be a problem .
The villa as a large lounge / dining area withseating for up to 12
people and the large tv comes with a satellite package .
It has a large private pool which can be closed off to protect small
children and surrounding the pool area is a fully fitted bbq for those
great outdoor evening meals . |

The Villa is situated in a quiet
cul-de-sac at the back of the largest shopping centre in the Algarve .
Cliff Richards own house and vineyards are just a few minutes drive away
.
The villa as been totally refitted with new kitchen including all
mod-cons and 5 new bathrooms to make sure you wont have to wait too long
before heading out to hit the local bars and restuarants which are only
a few hundred meters down the road .
The villa also has a large car park which will accommodate up to 5 cars
.
Set in the Countryside , but only a stone throw from Albufeira or the
famous town of Guia or head over to Algarve shopping with its 30
restaurants , 100 shops , 10 screen cinema and ten pin bowling alley .
We are sure though , once you have arrived you will not want to spend
much time away from this outstanding villa . |

First and foremost, Albufeira is famed for
its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs.
This is a place where people live to the rhythim of the great holiday
destinations, sunbathing during the day and at sunset flocking to enjoy
the restaurants, bars and discos that enliven the night-time hours.
Just a few miles inland and everything changes. The green of the
countryside is dotted with almond, fig, orange and pine trees and
decorated chimneys stand out against the ochre of tiled roofs.

Albufeira |

Albufeira is
spread out rather than high-rise. The town itself consists of "old"
and "new" sections which merge seamlessly into an extensive
holiday-land suburbia, spreading off back east along the coast to
Balaia, Olhos d'Agua and Falesia, and west to São Rafael, Galé and
the links golf course at Salgados. The whole area, greater Albufeira
you could call it, is the most tourist-intensive place in Portugal.
It has very little to do with the real Portugal, or with the real
planet earth for that matter, but people come here in droves and
have the time of their lives. |
